Refund Policy

At New England Siding, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This No Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments for our services are handled. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Service Agreement

Upon acceptance of a project proposal or quotation, a legally binding agreement is established between the client ("you" or "Client") and New England Siding ("we," "us," or "our"). This agreement includes all terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions, as well as this No Refund Policy.

2. Deposit and Payments

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required to secure scheduling and initiate procurement of materials.
Progress Payments: For projects requiring staged payments, each payment is due as specified in the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the project, defined as when all contracted services have been rendered, excluding minor adjustments or touch-ups.

3. No Refunds

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. This allows us to allocate resources, schedule labor, and purchase materials specific to your project.
Payments Made: Payments for services rendered, including progress payments and final payments, are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been completed.
Special Orders: Any payments made for custom or special-order materials are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project after signing the agreement but before work has commenced, you forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Any additional payments made for special-order materials will also be non-refundable.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: If we must cancel the project due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any payments made, excluding costs already incurred for custom materials or services provided up to the cancellation date.

5. Project Modifications

Change Orders: Any requests for changes or additions to the original scope of work must be documented in a written change order. Additional costs associated with change orders are due as specified and are non-refundable once the work has been completed.
Unforeseen Conditions: If unforeseen issues arise that require additional work (e.g., structural repairs not visible during the initial inspection), we will provide a written estimate for approval. Payments for such work are non-refundable once completed.

6. Customer Satisfaction

While we maintain a No Refund Policy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have concerns about the quality of our work or services provided, please contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Warranty and Remedies

Workmanship Warranty: We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 5-year workmanship warranty. Details are outlined in our Warranty Policy.
Manufacturer's Warranty: Materials are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in facilitating any valid warranty claims.

8. Exceptions

Legal Rights: This No Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws. Any exceptions required by law will be honored.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding this No Refund Policy or any aspect of our services:

Negotiation: Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations.
Mediation: If negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to mediation before any legal action is taken.
